As I ordered the mug I was forced to Pay express shipping lol and it said I would get it in 3 days it took 3 weeks. Tracking is horrible and confusing, you need a better system for this. I reached out and no response you can tell she will rather make tik toks than get the product sent out. Will never order from this place again.
