Every stone is glued by hand with a permanent adhesive(non toxic) so that it is completely durable for daily use. Rhinestones will not fall off. Just handle with love and hand wash with soft bristle brush 

The stainless steel tumbler is double-wall vacuum-insulated and will keep any beverage hot or cold for hours.

**No repair kits are sold with your tumbler purchase. If your item is damaged you will need to contact me to mail it back to be fixed**

**OUR PROCESSING TIME IS 2-4 WEEKS FROM DATE ORDERED. EACH STONE IS HAND PLACED AND IT TAKES MANY, MANY HOURS TO COMPLETE ONE TUMBLER AS WELL AS AN ADDITIONAL 3-5 DAYS TO FULLY CURE BEFORE IT CAN BE SHIPPED***
